Schedular is a Django-based application that enables professionals to manage appointments and availability through:
- Real-time scheduling system powered by Django Channels and Redis
- HTMX-driven user interface for seamless interactions
- JWT authentication for secure API access
- PostgreSQL database for reliable data storage
- Celery for asynchronous task processing
2. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

4. Booking Management
As a scheduling professional using our Service:
- You maintain full responsibility for your availability and appointments
- We provide tools but don't guarantee attendance or payment collection
- Slot availability updates occur in real-time through WebSocket connections
- Booking confirmations may be sent via email (Django email backend)
5. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key aspects include:
- User authentication via JWT tokens
- Secure storage in PostgreSQL databases
- Optional Google OAuth integration for simplified login
- Data encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service:
- Remain our exclusive property
- Are licensed (not sold) to you for use
- May not be reverse-engineered or copied without permission
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but:
- Don't guarantee uninterrupted access
- May perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime
- Use Docker containers for consistent deployment
- Employ Celery workers for background task processing
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the Service
- We don't guarantee the accuracy of scheduling information
